Child Safety Standards

Zyngram – as published on Google Play and at zyngram.net

1. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Zyngram explicitly and strictly prohibits content and conduct that constitutes or facilitates Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We do not allow any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way. This includes, but is not limited to: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation, grooming of minors, or any representation or promotion of such abuse.

Violations will result in immediate removal of content, termination of accounts, and reporting to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

2. Child Safety Point of Contact

For child safety concerns, including reporting potential CSAE or other harms to minors, contact Zyngram's child safety team:

Email: childsafety@central.zyngram.net

We respond to child safety reports as a priority and will take action in line with our policies and applicable law.

3. In-App Reporting and Enforcement

Zyngram provides in-app mechanisms for users to report content and conduct that violates our policies, including content that may involve child safety. We review reports and take action, including removing content and addressing CSAM in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Compliance with Law

Zyngram complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which we operate, including those related to the detection, reporting, and removal of CSAM and the protection of minors.
